TC/American Monorail is the US market leader in the design and supply of underhung cranes and monorail systems using “patented track”. Patented track is the industry generic term for engineered composite monorail track that offers advantages of uniformity of size, longer life, lower rolling friction and lower weight per section for the same load carrying capability when compared to standard structural steel beams.

TC/A 200 series for monorails up to 2t capacity, with a maximum two-wheel trolley load of 900Kg.Ideal for push travel systems TC/A 325 series for monorails up to 20t capacity, with a maximum two-wheel trolley load of 2500Kg for the 325L series rail and 4500Kg for the 325H series rail.

TC/A450 series for monorails requiring larger capacities and/or the ability to span larger distances with a maximum two-wheel trolley load of 8100Kg.

The TC/American monorail systems have a full range of standard long proven parts such as bends, switches, trolleys and bus-bar systems to give complete flexibility when it comes to the design of the layout.
